Stress Mug
Imagine your stress levels like a mug—everyday challenges, big emotions and unexpected life events fill it up. When the mug overflows, we can feel overwhelmed, anxious or burnt out.
To find balance in our lives and to relieve some stress, we can create drainage holes to release stress in healthy ways!
Everyday stresses such as other’s expectations, work or school deadlines, a packed schedule or seeing lots of people can fill up our mug. When we recognise what fills and empties our stress mug, we can prevent burnout and build emotional resilience.
It is important to explore and discover what works best for you in preventing your stress mug from overflowing. Personally, some of my favourite ways to release built-up stress include cuddling with my cat, reading a good book, and lighting a candle in a cosy room 🕯️✨ What are your go-to stress-relief techniques?
